Bio

Kiera Emiko Wolfe hails from Millstone, New Jersey. She holds a BA in The Writing Seminars from Johns Hopkins University and an MFA in Creative Writing from The University of Maryland, both with a concentration in fiction.

​

Kiera is a frog enthusiast, hoarder of art museum post cards, journeyman embroiderer, and serial D20 misplacer. She writes about complicated families, found and otherwise, queerness, womanhood, magic, and the Japanese-American diaspora.

​

She has worked with non-profits such as The Maryland Book Bank and The Inner Loop in literacy advocacy and the promotion of authors publishing with small or independent presses.
